Membership Terms and Conditions
- Your Membership will become LIVE after 24 Hours
- Cards will not be posted, Collect on arrival.
- Please present Your membership card, along with photo ID to be shown on each and every visit.
- Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable or transferable and they cannot be cancelled.
- One membership card is issued per family.
- Replacement cards are charged at £5.00 per card.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times inside Adventure land.
- Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over and children must be supervised at all times.
- Entry is limited to 60 Minutes BEFORE our scheduled closing time.
- All opening hours are subject to change; please check our website before visiting.
- Adventure Land and Springy’s Diner are closed for the month of January, and up to the start of half term in February.
- During off peak periods, Adventure Land and Springy’s Diner may be closed from Monday – Wednesday.
- Organisers/Carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for their clients/persons in their care.
A Childminders Membership is valid for 1 Adult (the named card holder only) and up to 3 children. Children do not need to be named on a Childminders Membership allowing you to bring different children at different times. Childminders may be Required to Provide their registration details on collection of their card.
Membership Benefits
- UNLIMITED all inclusive to Adventure Land for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase (subject to normal opening hours.)
- Please present your card before payment in the Diner to receive the 10% discount.
- Discount vouchers, coupons or other special offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Book a party and the birthday child comes FREE (if they are a member when pre-booking the party)
- Please email us to us of your upcoming birthday to receive the 25% discount in the Diner. (excludes ice cream & alcohol)
Refusal of Entry - We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
- Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Does not respect the facilities, grounds and buildings of the attraction
- Behaves in a manner which is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors
- Behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other visitors or staff
- Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff
Please note: Some attractions may need to close without warning due to inclement weather, maintenance, or for circumstances beyond our control. You are advised to check in advance of your visit.
